What’s the difference between Subscription and Credit Packs?
Subscription VIP Credits refresh each month and do not roll over. Credit Pack VIP Credits are a one-time purchase and remain available until used.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Manage cancellation and payment methods through your payment provider. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
No. Subscription credits refresh at each monthly credit cycle. Permanent Credit Pack credits do not expire.
How are annual plan credits delivered?
Annual plans are billed once per year, while VIP Credits are delivered in monthly cycles.
