ImgPhotoEditor Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026

You may use ImgPhotoEditor only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to process.

Scope

This Policy applies to prompts, uploaded images, generation settings, AI-generated or edited images, and any other content you submit to, create with, store through, or distribute using the Service.

Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to create, edit, facilitate, store, or distribute:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content, including nudity intended for sexual arousal, explicit sexual acts, or sexual exploitation;
  • Graphic violence or gore, including depictions of dismemberment, torture, severe injury, exposed organs, or graphic death;
  • Hateful or discriminatory content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes violence against people based on protected characteristics;
  • Child sexual abuse material or other child-unsafe content, including sexualized content involving minors, grooming, or exploitation of minors;
  • Non-consensual deepfakes, intimate imagery, or deceptive impersonation, including sexual violence, fabricated evidence presented as authentic, fraud, phishing, malicious political manipulation, or credible threats and harassment;
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You also must not use the Service to create, edit, facilitate, store, or distribute:

  • instructions or content that materially facilitates violence, self-harm, malware, credential theft, or other serious wrongdoing;
  • biometric or other highly sensitive profiling without valid legal authority and consent.

Prohibited conduct

You also must not scrape or overload the Service; share, resell, or transfer accounts or credits; bypass model safeguards, rate limits, payment controls, device/IP free-credit controls, or access restrictions; probe systems without authorization; introduce malicious code; or use automated accounts to obtain repeated free grants.

Content review

ImgPhotoEditor uses automated content-safety checks on prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs, in addition to safeguards available from underlying AI models. A request or output identified by those checks may be rejected or blocked before a result is delivered. These checks can make mistakes and do not identify every violation; users remain responsible for their content. We may also review reported content, limited task information, and suspected violations to determine whether this Policy has been breached.

Enforcement

Depending on the nature, severity, and frequency of a violation, we may:

  • reject a prompt, block an output, or remove content from the Service;
  • issue a warning or restrict access to features, credits, or models;
  • temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account;
  • preserve relevant records and report conduct to service providers or authorities when required by law or necessary to protect people or the Service.

Serious child-safety content is prohibited without exception and may be escalated to relevant authorities where legally required. Repeated violations may result in stronger action even if an individual incident would otherwise receive a warning.

Reporting

To report suspected abuse or content that violates this Policy, email support@imgphotoeditor.ai with the subject Content Safety Report. Include the relevant task ID or URL, the approximate date and time, and a clear description of the concern. You may also include your account email if you want us to follow up.

Do not attach illegal content or redistribute the reported material. We will review the available information, may request clarification, and will take action appropriate to the finding. We handle reporter information only as needed to investigate, respond, and comply with legal obligations. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves violate this Policy.
